“Cocoa’s International
Art Contest”

Cocoa
loves to draw and paint and visit Art Museums and Galleries. Do you love to
draw or paint and would like to show off your art skills? Well, pull out those
crayons, paint and pencils and enter “Cocoa’s International Art Contest”,
especially designed to help you express your creativity through art.

Contest Rules and Guidelines
1.
The Art contest is open to all CSU members 17 years old or younger, U.S.
and International.
Members may submit their artwork individually or as part of a classroom project.
You may enter the contest as many times as you like before the deadline, but a separate entry form
must be completed for each submission.
2. All artwork must be
original work. All entries must not exceed 8.5” by 11” in size. Acceptable media are
crayon, paint, pencil, markers, ink, photography, cloth, collage and computer
art.

be mailed flat or rolled in a tube. A completed
Art Contest Entry Form must also be attached to the artwork. All
entries must include a parent or guardian’s signature indicating approval.
By submitting your artwork, and if your artwork is selected as a First, Second,
or Third place winner, you are granting permission to display the artwork on the
CSU Art Hall of Fame web page. If you would like your artwork returned,
please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

The deadline for all Art contest entries is February 14, 2003.
Artwork received after the deadline will not be accepted.
International Art Contest Prizes
Prizewinners will be issued
checks in U.S. dollars after all entries have been judged and winners are
selected. Winners will be selected from each Competition Category.
Winner’s names, their entries and their schools, if submitted, as a class
project will be posted on The CSU Art Hall of Fame web page. Prizes are listed
below:
